even the engineers inside the companies that may purchase don't know when they will convince the guys with purse strings, let alone GDGI, far less the stockholders
but i think the purchases will come before or after the company goes bankrupt but before it dissolves
would EPA, Harvey Mudd, Tulane all endorse if it did not work?
