honoring the "essence" is NOT the details that a good attorney demands in a contract like this. I am well connected to lawyers and can comfortably say DKGR and their legal team screwed up if there were NO safeguards put in place in case of this very event. That said, where do we go from here ? What are the options ? Let's move ahead somehow.

Blowout, . two things..

First I think things with Parker will work out fine,
one way or the other, it's in everyones best interest
to work together and if they don't we sue for both the
money and the lost revenue we suffered as a result of it,

for example my PPS before the deal was what maybe 0015,
and now it's 0003? It's because of the money that has
been going to them, so not only is DKGR on the negatve
so are we as I'm sure they used our money.

Second, If management can hang in there and produce more
more oil as you stated, this stock will become very special
as others will as more and more inflation keeps creeping into
our economy and the bigger push to make the US Oil Independent,

I think anyone who can demonstrate that they are producing Oil
with the potential to produce more is in the drivers street.

Sorry to inform you, it is blatantly true. If you review the contracts of DKGR and their execution since 2006, you will find that Drake has not honored of fulfilled any of them. And neither has Peter Matousek in any of his other pink sheet endeavors outside of DKGR. DKGR has a proven, verifiable track record of misleading investors. Please post an actual Drake contract executed.
