I went to look at the property about three years ago, Property is right near the Mexican border, some of it is on rail is good for shippers to and from Mexico for small companies and trucking co. at that time they had one building built and was not occupied at that time. I don't have any new info. I know housing is picking up spring is coming with beautiful weather and its time for NEWS from the company.
