I don't believe this is over. There's not/wasn't enough shares sold to believe any people with knowledge got out.
Less than 10% of shares sold yesterday.

-why was FC copied on the bk filings?
-why was the pending litigation (not involving FC that we know of) mentioned at all in the FC filings?
-why did the judge use the words, "I will rule, WHEN I CAN"?
