The issue of shares to fuel the engine that drives revenue for earning was a smart move.
However there are free loaders within this move, these are the planners who waged a Waterloo event: that will benefit at a greater degree in Profit. and these r the folks who will sell into the Market creating less Value in the S/P.
IMHO, Walgreens, needs to become accountable to its owning Shareholders.
I'm glad, At this time, I am not the one left holding the Bag of a declining S/P and Value of future Div's..
Now, the Market Markers are positioning their outlook..
