"If I were paying someone to sabotage the trial, I would have had my agent switch the labels in the 3mg/kg dose also. Wouldn't you?"

If I wanted to buy the company on the cheap, I would want to know if it worked and would buy the "damaged goods" at the discount I created.

I agree and said that earlier, this could take mnths, but she will be indicted as will CSM.

The indictment in Topeka for falsifying data took a year from when the investigation started until the news broke.

As far as how I would sabotage it? I would sabotage it the only way that I could. I doubt the same employee handled each specific event. The coding was most likely performed by different employess and each were responsible for one part of the coding.
this one lady may not have had access to the 3mg lables.

Paul, Check out the yellow sticky post from Mojojojo. I placed that there to address your point about the 3 mg/kg dose not being included with the mixup. The bottom line is that there is more administration volume involved with the 3 mg/kg dose, lots more. It could be more detectable by CSM checks and balances when the inventory of Bavi gets out of whack with what 40 patients would be receiving in that single trial arm. The same might be said about the 1 mg/l dose, but that could be easier to cover from detection.

In the big scheme of things, I don't see it practical to be demanding arrest records before believing that sabatoge took place. The anecdotal indicators are significantly point to sabatoge and the messages from PPHM (Chris Keenan) and Volgoat (CSM "backdoor") are confirming. Now Steve King has confirmed in a conference call that the dosing between placebo and 1 mg/kg was switched. What was the CSM employee's intent when they implemented the switch? We don't know. Was the switch intentional? Trusted posters on this board have indicated they were told and confirmed yes. Also that the perpetrater left their employ with CSM.

The focal point is "What do we know?" I didn't make the communications with PPHM or the CSM lab, so I am working with once removed sourcing. What are your thoughts about the intentional mix up of Bavi and placebo during the trial, is that bullish or bearish for PPHM long term prospects. I am presuming bullish but if it was the potential partner being wooed to sign an agreement with PPHM that was behind the intentional dosing mixup..... I am not clear about what to think. A competitor stepping forward would clinch interest in PPHM but we don't know if that is in the works or not.

Best wishes and IMO.
