When the judge refused to let Playboy move the case to California , it stated clearly it was re the trademark infringement so IMO that's the outcome we are waiting for now. CIRC

If court filings prove PB doesn't have the right to claim "intellectual property infringement" based off the contracts and evidence found in the court filings. Then what???

Also how many extensions were made to the contract you speak of and why??
