Disagree!!!!!!!!! The DOW increase has nothing to do with CEYY PPS (DOW has been climbing for the past 2 years and CEYY has been going the other direction "Down")......

They have a Great product and being behind in the 5 Year plan is Much better than not having a plan at all ...

They will delivery, hopefully very soon :)
