2 of my favorite yiddish words....... schlemiel (a fool) and a schlimazel (one prone to misfortune): A schlemiel is the traveler who spills his coffee on a fellow passenger. A schlimazel is the fellow he spills it on.
Yiddish is the perfect example of Ancient Aramaic it belonged to the working class not the elite. Jesus and his followers were actually made fun of because of their accents!
