LaJolla has owned 9.99% of the OS since I can recall. Check
out their 10K's & Q's going back. They just didn't buy
129M shares recently. They trade shares for cash with MCET
as per their convertible debenture agreement.

Don't get me wrong, LCJI having 129M shares is good, but they just didn't buy them recently.
