Promos are the only thing this has going for it.

We'll see, but I think, in this case, the promos are designed to try to hold the roof up while an additional 300M shares are dumped. Maybe a simultaneous pump and dump, with little or no apprecaition. I'll check in tomorrow evening to see how the day went and how sentiment is running.
