It is a bit ... current share price sitting squarely on the 50DMA and a bit on the oversold side ...

I think with the worldwide presence now firmly in place, we'll see e-Waste begin a more agressive marketing campaign.

Also for what it's worth, I just got an email back from the transfer agent and confirmed that the shares Issued/Outstanding are 132,732,896 as of today. It was 132,254,577 as of February 15, 2013 ... about 450K higher over the past couple of weeks. Could be issuing a few shares to pay people or other obligations.

But we also know that the Float is about 50M, so with tight shares comes some "whipsaw" like activity with lot's of room between bid and ask sometimes.

( go to Yahoo Finance, EWSI, Charts, Interactive, ONE day ! )

watch the volume on EACH trade ! ...............
The only ONE worrisome hit could be (but it's NOT !!!) at 2:32 for 150K
but then, you, yourself probably have more than that !!!!!!!!!! ( I do ........... LOL )

IMHO, the "selling" of free shares is almost if not already over !!!
The dillution was absolutely minimal !!!!!!!!

They don't even PR what they don't think will move the PPS !
They just file it with the SEC ........... WOW and I say again WOW !!!!!!

I think we got a company, a PINK company, operating with INTEGRITY !!!!!!

I am sure there are more, but hard to come across, in my experience, anyway !

GO EWSI, GOOOOOOOOOOOO ......... I got my money on YOU !!!! coz you deserve it !
