None of those processes have anything to do with JBI's process.
Chlorine is not an issue for JBI. The permit doesn't allow JBI to use chlorine containing plastics.
The process is already designed to handle any chlorine that inadvertently get into it. DEC required continuous monitoring for chlorine in the output. So far none has been reported.
