1. MIMV has issued millions of shares in private placements at .10/share.

2. MIMV has registered 5 million MIMV shares owned by Chairman Franks, CEO Poutre and other officers/directors to become freely trading and to be sold into the market.

3. MIMV has been issuing 1.3 million shares per week recently.

4. Chairman Franks disposed of 1.1 million shares in 2012.
