You've hit the nail on the head, death spiral holders don't care what they sell at, as long as there are buyers. So I don't know why anyone would buy at $.0147, let alone $.019.
Some folks suggested it was cheap under $.02, but I was just pointing out that's clearly not the market sentiment.
