A "long" buys a stock thinking that down the road, probably over a year (taxes), the stock will boom. SNDY loves to talk about being one of their "longs", and how there are ownership groups that own millions of shares for the day they all retire off their SNDY fortune. Sounds good right?

The problem is however, that each time the company RS's they WIPE OUT the lucky "longs" they've recruited. They RS, then dilute the price back to subpennyland. The process then repeats like a factory line.

FOUR times they have done this. "Longs" were just destroyed. SNDY showed no care for stockholder value when they did this. FOUR times.

Good to flip, but becoming a "long" in the face of their huge AS total and recent dilution? No thanks brother. IMO.
