Talked to Brian Stetten (CEO) or former CEO of the Company via FB , and he told me he has no affiliation with the company any longer ... (which in my conclusion means he's not holding any shares) which really isn't a surprise. So it's safe to say , insiders aren't holding 40%. Need a group to buy the shell and we'll be off to the races !
