you can repeat yourself all you want. SPNG has already been found guilty of security violations by the SEC and will be revoked for the corporations actions and failures

Nothing can or will save SPNG

Starfire: You said, and I quote, "Fla...let's stick to Facts...only Metter and Moskowitz plead and that too to something very trivial."

WRONG. A total of SEVEN Spongetech employees PLEAD GUILTY, not just Metter and Moscowitz. So again I say, GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT.

You are right that the "company" has not plead guilty. Would you like them to, via the trustee? That would obviously be counterproductive to you stuckholders, not that you will see a dime anyway!

SPNG does not need to plead guilty. They are in violation of many SEC rules and regulations -

Add back the company no longer legally exists and is in chapter 7
( just in case people don't know what chapter 7 is )

It's the liquidation of the corporation and the company

After the BK is discharged the stock will be revoked for the corporations dirty deeds

The corporation entered into this agreement with the SEC and Federal/state government when they elected to become an issuer
of public stock

To obey and fulfill all the laws and requirements of a public trading company

SPNG failed

SPNG is gone ..
