How extensive would the permitting be to crush the ore , etc and transport it to Nord? What infrastructure would be necessary to go the 20 miles or so between HM and Nord? How accelerated could the process of changing ore into actual money be?? HM may be a much larger target area,especially with multiple deposit potential on the caldera. It may be more feasible to set up shop at HM in the long run....
