well i understand where your coming from and i respect it. i want to agree, it sounds great.
the feds spend the most amount on marijuana as far as drug enforcement goes, they've always been hardcore against it.
and for that matter fed has to make a decision for the whole country not something based on a few states. they will claim which is probably true that if polled the country, the majority would still vote no, barely but still.
when has anyone in the government ever done what they should have done at the time they should have did it? they are notoriously late to the party and it's gonna take more than 2 states to legalize to get them on board.
