I just dont see how a company can say yeah we are going to raise the float to 5 bill, sell all the shares then turn right around and say now were going to do a r/s.

How the hell is that legal? I would think they would be required by thenSEC to wait a certain amount of time after a share increase before they can do a r/s.

I am ignorant on this facet of trading.
