Ha, this is just another example of a joke that most everyone on this board has been assuming..

How could you possibly assume that srsr did not have the right to discussions with other intersted parties!! Only a fool for a ceo would agree to terms like that..

The only reasonable restriction would be that the CEO could not sign anything with another suitor... Plain and simple.. He shure as hell could talk to anyone..

Now, if managment has not been at least talking to other interested parties, then I, for one, will have lost ALL faith in this managment team. They essentually just WOULD HAVE p&%ss** AWAY 6-8 MONTHS OF VALUABLE TIME.
