If someone is technically and "insider" then they have to file a form with the SEC and show how many shares they intend to sell. That info is public and I haven't seen any indication of that since most insiders have a much much higher cost average if you look.
Again - this company and this stock have not even begun to show it's potential. This pps is articifial.
