There's no reason I would ever contact Verges. I wouldn't believe a word he said. He ran NVAE into the ground, just like he ran NewMarket into the ground. If you want to know his history, all you have to do is look at the filings for that company. They were questioned from the get-go because they showed a multimillion dollar company, yet the sp kept going down. Now it's defunct.
Verges, from the storyline here, is leaving NVAE with the condom factory in Kenya. If that were true, he would not be serving as the voice of NVAE now. Yet, all shareholder communications are coming from him. There seems to be much more behind-the-scenes involvement here than meets the eye.
There are certain CEOs in the pinksheets who have such terrible reputations for what they've cost shareholders that they're practically famous. Verges is one of them.
