Where do you see that?? There have been 1 or maybe 2 very natural questions regarding the info in the letter but almost all are positive!

The complaining on this board actually only comes from a very vocal minority. The silent or less vocal majority is actually very supportive of the company. With time you learn to listen to the music and ignore the noise :)
