this was already moving up on Wednesday before the news, but then unexpected news hit and its huge.

I know a link was already posted, but doing the municipal payments for Lynwood will set a precedent for exponential income outside of the jail genre.

It was the news about municipal payment processing ... No major news as longs knew that they have been in courts and and accepting other payments for a long while now. It was nice to see them put something out there though. Looks like the pr firm is giving them some good pointers and they are working on getting shareholders more info as it comes out.


Next run might be a big one. IMHO.
