My link is the link to the program for BioWatch that PSID is listed as an interested vendor of. That program now says the BioWatch program will be decided by fall 2013. That's dated on Feb. 8th, 2013. OTOH, your information is dated two weeks before Sept. 24 of last year! It's obvious that DHS has expedited the process. Maybe because it's become obvious that because of the testing results the NOC system does not meet the program requirements as Caragol has been hinting at all along. The program that will be decided by this fall IS the one PSID is in the running for.
