WOW, Jack's show is great!!! On Q Live is way different from when I was on...looks like the hosts could use a bit more experience...I guess that they may appeal to a younger audience. The Reichen show is very good...he seems like a very stable confident host that holds your attention.

It is great to see the product maturing....

nice find, chev.

Straight Guy opinion:

Reichin show...luckily he's a such a great looking guy. Comes off well..but I hope they develop content, etc....I was bored after 2 minutes. Should develop tho.

Queer Edge...funny guy!!! (ok..I do NOT get the glove thing..or the insane mousse hair thing) Reminds me of a good friend I have here. Cracks me up. Hopefully they'll get a bigger studio audience for him.

On Q Live...good production, good guests.

overall..the production of all the shows looks professional (content is totally subjective). Since I'm not gay, I probably shouldn't critique it.

is it enough to get subscribers??? Probably. Advertising? probably. All cable channels start somewhere.

After 6 years, it's nice to see it's NOT a half-ass public access production.

Will I ever see the stock price reflect the potential value of the channel?

THAT is the question. I know how I feel about it :(

Very nice find, chevdawg. I find it interesting that PlanetOut is showing excerpts from the Q. A good sign.

Re the shows... Jack E Jett and Queer Edge was great. It's campy enough to draw a very large cult following. This is definitely a show that has real cross-over potential and could pull in a large audience for the Q. Very impressive.

Reichen is a good looking guy, with a good show business name. However, I wasn't impressed with his performance. This guy is not a very good host...seems to cut off people and his timing is off. I didn't get the sense that he was comfortable in the role or very experienced in the talk-show/call-in type setting. This guy is basically very, very raw but he does have potential and can be worked with. The clips could also have been from one of his first shows so he may have been nervous. The other guy (John?) seemed more at ease but didn't have the Reichen star-appeal. Nevertheless, he is a good co-host.

On Q Live was very good. The set was excellent. The male host seemed smooth behind the camera and Sasha also did a good job. Having Margaret Cho on was a big score for the Q.

great find chev, thanks

I have seen the Reichen Show live, thought it was well done, it will pick-up for sure.

On Q Live, not bad at all. The opening intro is interesting, the live dancers are a nice touch. It is comparable to most any other program like it.

Queer Edge, hilarious. Jack E Jett is original and truly one of a kind. I think as time progresses it will just get better.

For being on the air only a year, I have to say this is much better than I expected. Now keep in mind I only have watched two 5 minute clips, the Reichen Show Live and also programming in Chicago. I would need to watch much more to get a better feel.

The fact Planet Out is putting up clips for us says a lot. I give QTN kudos for programming. Our dollars have surely heped support these shows.
