Thank you for your contact. I suspected some bulletin board activity somewhere but have not accessed any of it. It is our goal to followup on our press release when we have closure one way or the other. We are currently working on the package to secure the appropriate funds to allow us to capitalize on an acquisition. We do not want to acquire something and not have the necessary capital to get the maximum benefits out of it. We are also in the process of enhancing our existing properties to increase the production
On the pump and dump theory, if it is happening I am unaware of it and can attest that I am not involved in any scheme as this. I can assure you and everyone else my goal is to grow FIMA to be a company that has some substance and thus a true value.
I apologize for not issuing press releases every week, but I have tried to focus on the business aspect and not talking to every shareholder that called. We expect in the near future we can have a PR person to keep everyone apprised of our progress, in the interim, we will try to make this a profitable operation for everyone.
