that is my point. as the cycle time from a/r to reciept decreases, either their gm must come down by putting a higher proportion of the billing into the clinic's coffers, or they risk the clinic holding more paper.

The average collection times are much longer based on what I've seen reported.
Don't see Halo making much difference as the insurance companies are unlikely to argue the procedure wasn't done, but that it wasn't necessary. Halo provides no proof it was necessary, but does add to the cost and I imagine will not be billable to the insurance companies.
