After the SEC settlement is finalized, is there any other settlement remaining that shareholders should be aware of?

Aronson/Gorton but this case doesn't carry the weight it once did
and was not a hindrance to Nasdaq listing as CAM and SEC were.
A/G had most of their claims dismissed the first time around, then they filed an amended complaint to include 3 other claims which ACT has motioned that these be dismissed also. Hearing was FEB 26 on partial motion to dismiss and motion for sanctions against A/G by ACT stating
frivolous claims....it will probably be a while before we hear of ruling
on this..
