The SEC was moving on SPNG for the securities violations to revoke the stock registration. The BK judge stopped the revoking until the chapter 7 liquidation could be settled. SPNG CLEARLY VIOLATED a number of SEC rules and regulations, there is ZERO doubt in regards to that fact. SPNG filed false SEC reports and issued illegal stock. The chapter 7 will be discharged, the stocks reregistration will be revoked and SPNG will no long exist
