Yah if I had a Margin account I would short that garbage stock. You cant say a company with -100,000 dollars of revenue is worth 29 dollars because they bought a company, that is not making any money yet. When it does make money it will not be enough to keep it above 1 dollar.

I suppose it only has four shareholders, two were outbidding each other and the other two were not selling ?

I don't have much experience with low volume stocks or what drives them, but I have seen this before ... seen them run 1000% or more.

You have to remember with FCLS we aren't dealing with pennys anymore, volume looks less cause its more expensive
