Morningstar has a good track record for merger research.
Other than that...I feel the same way as everyone else. Def. takeover target.
The fact that Hormel wouldn't have to start making new infrastructure and farms/waiting for crops. We all know how long making all that would take. This would be the best long term investment for Hormel...most importantly saving time and having the ball continue to roll for them.
