Glancing at the 3 month chart they appear to be very close to me. Hopefully that is the only remaining requirement.
It sure would be great to get uplisted the same week Eric Holder announces something positive for the sector. I'm guessing that's why this stock has been trading sideways for awhile - what does Mr. Holder have to say?
