Thanks franny, that certainly is a a handfull to digest at this time but the ramifications are totally stratospheric. Should this deal be consummated, the affect of this union relating to share price should be out of this world. Hold on to your shares! Thanks for sharing franny!

Good info Franny...also the original strong bid started at 1.4M shares. This would be just under the SEC reporting requirement for 5% ownership.

One last thing that Dan mentioned to me. He does know of the large bids being put out there. He doesn't know who or why, but he gave me his thoughts and is seems so logical. Do not hold him to this, but he thinks it is a strong possibility that the other company may be trying to get the stock at a cheap price knowing that if they get approval from the SEC, they and Dan will put an LOL for a merger, in which case they will benefit more from the additional shares. This was just his thoughts and nothing more.

Hopefully signs of life here at WNRC!

I probably don't understand the S-1 but isn't the S-1 files to become a reporting company. You file it to sell shares or does he mean it is a reporting company because they have audited financials but are a private company? Thanks.
