Some of the highlights...
--Medical key will soon be available in the UK and USA. Major drug store chain, to be named later, is in talks wih SMME to sell/distribute. ALSO Fortune 500 company in talks regarding the medical key as well for use in their network. Price in UK: $100, in USA: $89.95 Tt will be easy to use and usable in all PC's which all medical offices have. The gross profit margin will be around $45/key. Est of 1st year sales: 1 million to 5 milliion

--Biometric Card will have multiple uses from credit cards to security cards. No pin number is needed, only a swip of the card holders finger which the chip will read and then, if acknowledged, active the usage of the card.

--Production of the Medical card, if I heard correctly, will begin soon. The Biometric card will come to market when more funding is available...either with the funds from the medical card or the lawsuit.

--Lawsuit damages asked by SMME will be announced within a week or 2 weeks. It will be over $1 billion. With approx. 130 million shares outstanding the PPS (price per share) will make all those of us believers with meager means a rather comfortable retirement. There are no offers from outside to buy SMME; V/MC appear NOT to have mentioned this pending lawsuit in their annual reports; Patent "464" is a US patent only--however, prior intellect property rights may prevail worldwide...

Those are the highlights of the Call that I remember. AND the reference to a Merry time by Christmas means, appart from the obvious connection of the words, only means that our money will certainly be in the bank.... BUY ALL....

Seen the same old story plenty of times on
The Internet .
So called Companies spend years and sell millions
Of shares to people with the HOPES of hitting
It big .

First it's the GREAT product or BUSINESS IDEA that Looks
And sounds great .
Throw in some meaningless PRs that never produce what they say,
Intentions are NOT results...
Successful companies do not take a decade to get results

Now they want to dilute 5 mil more shares ????

Next it will be FOREIGN INVESTORS who want to
Invest and that the loans are IMMINENT !!!

And all this time THEY the powers that be continue
To sell worthless stock
I could be wrong and I hope I am because too many people are being
Ripped off by these FALSE companies.

Same story , lots of promises ( that never happened ) millions of shares sold.
Now they're PPS sits forever at .0001 ( shamus, that means Price-Per-Share ).

Thousands more like this out there because the FTC ( shamus, that means Federal Trade Commission )
Can't monitor ( or won't , who knows !) the Internet scams.

This is one thing wrong with the technology of the Internet ,
Too many people have figured out how to use it for Cons.
