Yes. Without that they have nothing. Profits are pretty far off. The stock price will jump when a product is done. So far the only emphasis is to sell stock instead of make money selling product. They get contracts to make products that do not exist then wonder why nobody wants to invest. They have made deals to partner for production without something to produce. These things baffle me.
