LOL! Magic.. Hahahahaha!! RFMK, by contract, has to hand over as many shares as it takes to cover the financing.. If you have "Proof" that the first $700K of the $2.2M is taken care of, then please post it. How long a period of time was the second round of financing supposed to cover?? It's kind of funny that Tom Allinder went for a 30 Month deal, in that he was the one that stated that RFMK wanted to use the revenues from the "sales" of the vapes to finance RFMK and eliminate the "dilutive" nature of the very same deal he struck.. IMO.. it's kind of like "Selling your Shareholders Souls to the Devil" But that's OK right???

Tom has stated that a long term funding arrangement with Ironridge would provide $2.2 million dollars to the company. Right? Well, the first tranche was for $700K, (well it was for 143M shares, which was just less than 10% of the total O/S, at .001, minus fees....., probably ended up around .001.

There is not magic. The SEC filing states that Ironridge can't own more than 9.99% of the O/S. So, if the continuing funding of money to RFMK continues, then each month, Ironridge must sell the amount of shares to get new shares for the money they give RFMK. Tom is a long way from satisfying the terms of the agreement.....which means continued dilution of the A/S with free-trading stock.

This is not rocket science.
