I'm not a long yet, but I placed a buy order late then gave it a GTC. I'm going to do some more DD later. But they wouldn't have cancelled the preferred shares and reduced the common AS if this was to be a P&D.

I at least see a rebound coming tomorrow. I'll see if I can find the departing officer's shares. Promo wouldn't start till after he is done.
