I agree with most of what you have stated. I think Dan would like to build up the company and then sell but either there is no growth within the company's reach or Dan can't get the deals done. It seems like he has a lot invested but apparently no progress is being made. Like you said, do not invest money into these type stocks that you can't afford to sit on.
