The SEC gives companies the option of a court trial, or revoke of the registration of their stock, the company made the choice of taking the revoke option,(by not responding) AS WAS PLANED from the offset, a great follow up on the results of the A/S listed as 5 trillion with the SOS.

No Sorry .. anyone claiming FFGO decided to be revoked back in 2005 to trap some fantasy NSS is nothing but wild rumors and unverifiable speculation
I do agree with you on the subject FFGO knew they would be revoked sooner or later .. they just didn't think it was going to take so long - all they wanted to do was sell as many of the 75 BILLION share off they could before getting revoked
And it work!
FFGO management ran away with share holders money almost 3 years ago and have never been located or heard from since
