The comment we have made is that since it makes no sense, it was a monkey blindfolded throwing darts at a map on wall. Kinda how they seem to make many decisions that we don't understand. Over the years I have been here, never understood many of the choices made but we are always told just deal with it.
Like I said, I was told it was based on the individual contract with the host store, in an effort to save labor costs. Hours across the board were cut down to as low as 21 hrs a week, to some stores being open 7 days with full hours. Clear as mud right?
