My 2 cents worth. This CC is not necessary. It is being done to answer questions and to cowtow to certain pressure on the board.

I highly doubt those posing questions here will be on CC. So if your long don't ask. let them make the call and ask.

cowtowing isn't a position of strengh. I am a little disapointed.

Read the filings all answer are there.

If it isn't a material event then no need to do a PR or and SEC filing PERIOD!!!
