Yes there is.

Mark this within 60 more trading days Pfizer will pay up.Either they settle but I'm betting a judgement, damages will be rendered as soon as the judge rules on a Plantiff summary judgement that no doubt will be filed IMHO.

No doubt the agreement is boiler plate. The judge already IMHO knows the facts of the so called dispute which is none other then Pfizers criminal act to destroy a tiny Intellect Company,Dr.Chain and its shareholders.

People understand this.Pfizer's has basic unlimited R&D funds.Intellect has the lead and Pfizer's intents to delay catch up or starve Intellect. Its really a criminal.

Big media coverage coming soon IMHO.

How to File a Summary Judgment As a Plaintiff

A motion for summary judgment states to the court that there is no issue of material fact in dispute in a case, and under the applicable law the moving party will and must prevail. The motion can be made by either the plaintiff or the defendant, and is made after a civil lawsuit is filed. Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure governs the motion for summary judgment, and it can be made in all Federal civil matters, as well as in the courts of record (Circuit Court) in all of the states.
