Simple, the issuing of 1.9B shares over the year from Jul '11 to Jun '12, adding to the 346M prior, diluted the PPS to 000s. What was BW convicted of?

WHY HE DILUTED BEHIND SCENE FROM 12 M TO A 2.5B?

Is it illegal to raise AS and issue shares? He could have done that for a number of reasons, some could be to build the business, some could be for racing, or other good/bad reasons. Apparently all was done legally as no lawsuits from SEC or arrests by DOJ.

For lots of us here we also have a pretty clear picture, that this could be or will be a great business. If a scam, SEC would have shut it down by now. They haven't. On BW's abilities, you have a right to your opinion. More here than not, disagree with your assessment. Dilution has reduced 97% over past 8 months...all but over.
