I guess we need to wait on the 8K that is supposed to be filed withing 3 business days of any material changes to the company, and additions and subtractions to the management or board are material changes and an 8K must be filed, but CBIS seems to ignore that rule and has in the past so I won't hold my breath waiting for the 8K's to be filed.
