So the lensers are on the same page but each have their own game-plan and that game-plan may be contrary to the best interests of the company and us shareholders...ok but it seems like we're assuming that the company and the MM's, mostly NITE, are not acting on consort. Of the company has a strategy in mind for the back end then they acquiesce simply has to go along then they acquiesce, but with full knowledge and approval. Also note that they didn't totally leave themselves hanging out to dry...the notes are convertible at the discretion of the holder UNLESS it reaches 200% of the conversion price.
