Oh, so you are not a trader but an investor. In that case what I said applies even more. Do you really know the history of this CEO? He has been sued more than fifty times during the last twenty years. This company has gone through a nuber of transformation, too numerous to detail here. He has gone from private to public, created other public corps to feed this one, changed names and diluted big time. You really do not know. Since 2001 and not one audited financials. Stock price from around $60.00 to around $0.02. Has had assets confiscted from other corporations, did not pay income tax with money given to him for that purpose. Obviously, you do not know the history. Since 2001, he has released more than a hundred PRs, most of which turned out to be outright lies. While I can understand trying to make a quick buck on a flip, investing here is definitely a no-no. Please do some research first. You will lose your money if you are looking to buy and hold.
