The prospectus *clearly* states that the offering can be cancelled. If your broker is showing shares in your account that you can act freely on, that's a mistake.

I wouldn't act on those shares until you are very sure that you can.

The idea is plausible; probability....maybe not so much.....but kind of cool bare knuckle negotiations.

are you sure they are in your account and able to sell. My account has shown the shares for some time now but if you look closely they are not sellable
